What.Center is organised into Language and Country specific boards. Each board is its own Community: accounts (usernames and profile data) are created and work only on the board where they were registered.
If you sign up on a Language board, that account will be available on that Language board only — you’ll need to sign up separately to participate on another Language or Country board.
